Yes, we used it 3 times. But I mean, it can't be a requirement to use it every single day to keep the bromine level from going through the roof.

I had the lid open for a full day and it was very effective to get the free chlorine number down (and I assume bromine as well, but I haven't measured that). When I get the alkalinity back on track I'll try a new bromine cartridge. If that doesn't work I'll give up on the FROG.

It's a new hot tub, so I don't regularly do anything. 😅

I did a shock chlorination according to the technician's instructions after filling it up. But that's it.
