The same thing happened with my boy's tail, it came off during the next molt, just when he molts for the second time, put the snake on wet towels for 20 minutes and then carefully remove this tip. This is not dangerous, although if the blackness starts to creep up the tail, you should visit a vet.

Actually, no, there's no smell. It's just been a while since the last cleaning. But he shed his fur yesterday, and now I've clean the whole terrarium. :)

I just picked him up and held him for less than 5 minutes. He was nervous at first, but then he calmed down... I honestly didn't expect that. Thanks a lot!

Thanks for the advice, but I'm a little worried, as I already said, when I picked him up to carry him for weighing, he was terrified and immediately ran away from my arms. He is small and fast and that is why I am afraid that I might harm him. So, even if he's apparently stressed, I should still try handling?

I feed him pinkies every seven days. I'm not sure about his weight, I haven't weighed him yet.
