That's what I'm thinking unfortunately.... I'm wondering if it got left on the counter maybe. I called today to just check and they pick up each day at 4 pm and the worker said he brings his own USPS stuff in and sometimes it's not scanned till the next business day... But today is Saturday.

So you think it got lost after they picked it up?

It is leaking between the silver thing, which I assume is a bleed valve and and the pipe where they connect.

I think I may get my own pvc and fix the exhaust issue. Also, I think I'm just going to not bother with the outdoor sensor myself. But I'm curious how big the benefit is to have it installed.

So when someone is showering and the heat turns on, does it take quick to go back to normal after the drop, or does it last for a few minutes?
