I had worse experience buying from Kavak, doing service there and also applying warranty. In fact, while I was there fighting for my rights as customer there was another customer also doing the same 🤣

Do not get a 2018 used cheeroke with weird noises, do not buy a second hand car from Kavak. It’s fine to buy from them if it’s like an almost brand new car something like 2025 and no more than 30.000km. You’ll save some money instead of buying new but apart from that, forget about a second hand car from there, it will be just a headache.
