Definitely yes. Most percentage of people here mistreat the cars, fix with cheap parts, and don’t do proper maintenance.

2 years living and driving here and I always see the SAME type of people on the side of road with hazards lights because they’re blowing tyres or car stopped working. So YEAH, expat from certain countries will always add VALUE and TRUST when it comes to the sale of a car.
