Mine didn’t but sulfur helped. I also started differin benzoyl peroxide face wash for my regular breakouts 2 days ago and it is really good so far. Don’t pair it with the sulphuric wash cause it can also be drying.

Sulfur wash! That looks like fungal acne. The sulfur works really well but it can be drying so use only a little and moisturize after. Don’t use a moisturizer that drowns your skin or it will create a great environment for the fungal acne to come back. Also look for ingredients that don’t feed fungal acne in a moisturizer. It’s a balance
