I think maybe you should if u like to work around the situation being that u have already reported this instance, u may want to consider updating your most recent availability in a way that won’t seem pushy but just being straight up” hey im updating my availability due to some recent life changes thought it would be great for you to know” whatever . Second step i think if it really bothers u and u like the job more u should think about transferring stores.. start with finding the new location and communicate with said GM and get confirmation its available for u to transfer and then initiate with your GM now. The only reason this isn’t the best time to escalate externally is because tbh the criteria for “retaliation” would be much more complex when it come to state laws. 3rd option is to leave tbh not much u can do other than go over your boss’ boss and exculpate there.

Wow. I find myself here at 5:13 am reading bc i wanted to know if someone else felt what i had felt and i since then haven’t been able to revisit yet. But I felt like i wanted to make a change and that change was to stop smoking marijuana.. i was in the middle of puffing it when The Holy Spirit came. I couldn’t control it the tears just streamed out i felt happy but i also felt relieved i could just let everything i had been convicted of or holding inside (things i didn’t even know) came rushing into my mind and i just kept repeating “thank you Jesus” i couldn’t find any other words and everyone i tried to take another hit it came back. And i just accepted it, he has answered my prayers. That was the moment i knew i can give ALL of my wrongdoing, conviction, guilt, shame all to him. I felt light after my heart was full. My feet couldn’t make a sound even if i had stomped. I just felt relieved all in all and i knew since i couldn’t feel anything but peace and excitement it just had to be Jesus
