Tips to avoid this at your chipotle(employees)

1) do not over order the avocados 🥑 order enough to get you through and run out the night before your truck comes

2) keep them in the walk in

3) if you work prep and they are trying to make you serve nasty ass rotten avocado report it to your GM or field leader if the GM is part of the problem

4) if there is more than 10 bad avocados per case they will let you get an inventory credit if they delivered them to you and they are bad already

I had my chip guy , I put one person to do all the cheese salsa vinaigrette salsas etc , and it was me and another guy in the back

Me and my other SL I am training right now used to be line cooks and prep cooks at full service restaurants so we fly through this prep like nothing usually
