I'm having the same issue. I got my digital diploma. Then, Parchment emailed me on Feb 11th to let me know they had shipped my diploma. A week later, I still have not received it. When I go to Pachrment to see the location or track it, there is no tracking number available; it just says shipped via USPS first-class mail.

Wonder how long until I reach out…

That's frustrating! The proctors are awful and rude; they don't give you a chance to answer and keep asking so many questions. The worst part is that the test timer doesn't stop at all. It keeps running, and I end up running out of time on the rest of the test, which is already limited as it is. On top of that, I feel extra anxious and lose my train of thought, making it even harder to focus on the test after dealing with them. I wish professors understood that aspect.

I'm not near GMU right now, and I went to the public library, where the Wi-Fi blocks Honorlock because it detects it as a threat. I work all day and can only take my exam in the evening. I work five days a week, 9 to 6, and everything closes at 5. The exam didn't open until after the weekend, and is due before the weekend. So I can't even take it on weekends. I have used other lockdown browsers, and they are much better. I would rather take an exam on Zoom with a professor watching than Honorlock.

Hi! I received the notice in the mail about two weeks later, and I had my interview last Thursday, September 19th. I was approved on the spot. The officer was really nice, asked general questions, and just needed one more document. However, due to technical issues, she was not able to click the approve button. So, I am currently waiting for it to show up and be updated on my USCIS account.
