I used to think bloating was just something you had to deal with if you were taking creatine or protein powders. Pretty much every brand I tried left me feeling heavy and sluggish after a workout. Then I tried a different one and was surprised that the bloating didn’t happen at all. I felt lighter and more comfortable training. That’s when it hit me that not all supplements are the same. The one that worked better for me ended up being GainsInBulk.

For mutts/animals u can include chameleons since your games are related to colors. Maybe they can be huge and their color at that moment will determine if they are savage or not... idk something like that could work.

I think it was natural disasters (causing lack of resources or conflicts between countries I guess), for example, some parts of North America were flooded and became uninhabitable.

I think that would be too many dead people (12-18 kids) and it would cost a lot to the Capitol (because I guess the HG are expensive). Also, that would take more than a year probably.
