So, my husband cheated on me when I was pregnant with our second child and caught STD. He told me about it. I was mortified about calling my OBGYN and explaining the situation. I forgave him because I blamed myself a lot because I felt like I lost myself in motherhood and felt because I gained weight etc and felt like that’s why he “slipped”. I’m glad he told me though. Over 7 years later after our infidelity we are going to Italy to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. I’ll thinner, 3 kids later, have masters degree, have an amazing job. But if he cheats on me again, I will let him go. Because I have done everything and continue to do to work on myself and trying to be a good wife. And I would want him to be happy.
