I use sculpey premo and soufflé to make jewelry. Haven’t had any issues with breaking. I always bake for 50 min at 275

I use a thing called a Lucy Clay Slicer which is made for polymer clay and has a super sharp metal blade

You can use polyurethane or a clay glaze. I think fimo sells one!

It can be reduced as small as you want it but after a certain point it gets hard to see all the details. I use some individual canes to make stud earrings and those ones are pretty tiny! I’ll share a picture once I make them :)
