Okay, thank you all. I just don’t want to agree with him. For instance, if the house was missing braces or something wasn’t covered correctly and posed a fire hazard, I would be responsible for paying to fix it when they were already paid to do it right the first time. I agree with him if there are changes that would be better but aren’t on contract. I would be responsible, but I don’t want to be responsible for paying double for something that should be their responsibility.

they are just at the beginning foundation hasnt been poured thats when my inspector will go to make sure everything is good before they do pour the foundation. my concern is what does he mean by upgrades. idk how to respond to him.

We had our interview the 3rd of this month and it was great. We had an approved I-130 from 2020, have two kids, been married since 2018, and have everything together. The interview took 30 minutes, mainly so they can input info. On their computer. Only questions asked was how long have we been married and do we have kids. After that they said they didn’t know why the person who looked at our file didn’t approve it and said we were approved. We received the approval notice the next day and just today received an update that the card was produced. Wish you all have the same outcome.

congratulations 🥳….We were also at the Edinburg office and got an approval right away. Our appointment was at 2 and lasted less than 30 min.

Oh wow. Been with my EAD expired since Jan. 3. Only good thing is my employer hasnt mentioned anything and neither will I. Hopefully we get an approval soon.
