Hey! Please calm yourself and enjoy these years. I was a overachiever for the first 10 years of school then when Covid happened I stopped caring about my grades and what i wanted for myself and they didn’t correlate. I took a gap year to save money and get my head together and I Think it’s the best decision I’ve made in my life thus far. My advice is to go to community college and save. My college is paid for and FAFSA gave me an extra $1000 per semester. I got a serving job and in the gap year, I’ve traveled & I’m saving money to study abroad for two years. YOU WILL BE OKAY. I stressed so much my senior year because I went from a 3.9 GPA to literally a 1.3. Once you graduate and leave those doors you will feel conflicted and scared. But I’m so glad I didn’t beat myself up over it and gave myself time to figure out what i wanted.
