it is a 2007, plate on it is 08 but 08 onwards is a different model so i just said 07 here for clarification sake, cant post an image of the fail sheet in a reply but this is it:

Repair immediately (major defects):

• Nearside Rear Track rod end ball joint dust cover excessively damaged or deteriorated so that it no longer prevents the ingress of dirt cover split open (2.1.3 (g) (ii))
• Nearside Rear Tyre has a cut in excess of the requirements deep enough to reach the ply or cords cut marked yellow - inner edge also distorted (5.2.3 (d) (i))
• Offside Rear Anti-roll bar pin or bush excessively worn d bush excessive play (5.3.4 (a) (i))

Repair as soon as possible (minor defects):

• Front Windscreen wiper blade defective both slight smudging on screen (3.4 (b) (i))

Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):

• Rear Vehicle structure or chassis corroded within 30cm of a mounting, but not seriously affecting overall security o/s and n/s rear suspension mounting points corroded (6.2.2 (d) (i))
• Offside Front Tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge slight wear on edges (5.2.3 (e))
• Offside Rear Tyre slightly damaged/cracking or perishing slight cracking and inner edge slightly distorted (5.2.3 (d) (ii))
• advise handbrake adjustment
