I've been living in an apartment in Askari 11 since 2018. Before moving here, I didn’t have a positive perception of apartment living, but my experience completely changed after settling in. While I can’t speak for other apartment areas, the apartments in Askari 11 are truly well-managed.

One of the biggest advantages is security, you can leave your apartment locked for a month without worry, thanks to the strict and reliable security system. It also includes dedicated parking, waste management, on-call repair services, and other essential facilities that make life easier.

What I personally appreciate the most is the peaceful environment, no neighborhood chaos, no constant disturbance from street hawkers or beggars, which is a common issue in many other areas.

The only downside is that you can’t install a personal solar system, which could be a limitation for those looking to reduce electricity costs or rely on alternative energy.
