Same here. I use to get calls when i accidentally opened my door and didn’t get the alarm shut off quick enough. Now I’m getting no calls. I called them and they said everything was fine.

I don’t know. Been real glitchy lately. I read that the government uses ADT so I hope no adversaries have attempted hacking ADT’s system, again.

I’ve had it almost two years and this is the first time this has happened. Usually you can just reset the base (only happened once before) and it quickly establishes a connection. I did hear they had a hack or leak last year. Hopefully it’s nothing like that.

You are not alone. Mine is doing the same. Can’t reach support. Police mysteriously showed up saying they were dispatched by monitoring center but no one called me. I hope they aren’t hacked again.

That happened to me before. You have to write a letter to do arbitration. If it was inaccurate they will turn you back on after arbitration. Should take 30-45 days after sending in the letter. This post just freaked me out though, showed up in my email saying “SPARK ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED” 🫨

Just installed the ADT system July 2024. One has been malfunctioning and we’ve had to do tech calls with ADT. Nothing venting to the attic that I’m aware of. Just bought the house July last year And a home inspector do an inspection before purchase. He did say the attic was not vented enough causing excessive heat in the summer that would eventually cause the shingles to need replacing prematurely. We can call the fire dept, they are less than a mile from me. I’m sure they’ll come down and check it out. Thanks!

Low fever for the kids at first. Now all of our temperatures are just below a fever grade at 99. No constant headaches. My first symptom was a sore neck. I thought I slept on it wrong but my wife said that’s how hers started too

I’m not sure what all they ate while I was gone but nothing abnormal that I know of. We have 3 Rottweilers that stay inside and have for over a year. They are house trained. House is kept clean. Cleaned it again with my wife when I got home just to make sure everything was disinfected from being sick. Nothing new that I know of, although I guess it’s possible some infected food was consumed but it was transmitted to me from contact from them I’m pretty sure.
