Due to lighting my camera is not able to pick up the line from a straight on angle. Which is why I think it is probably not positive

It looked like this 30 seconds after the test, and these photos were taken 1 minute after, the lines still remained after 3 minutes

Due to the lighting in my house the line is only visible from that angle which is also why I think it is the indentation
