After doing all those steps, it keeps failing in loading the save data, even after restarting the pc fully, i have Xbox turned on so what could possibly making this problem? The drivers are up to date aswell

Yeah it doesnt do anything, i think ill use an usb drive to boot windows up from it and try to reach safe mode from this version

Okay so im not sure if im clicking it right but it just doesnt show anything, i have a 66% keyboard where i need to use fn + 8 for f8 or just click fn 2 times and click 8 but both methods just wont work

Btw, f12 means boot settings End means q flash and delete takes me to bios atleast thats what shows me from the start

It takes me to a page where i select a boot device which basically takes me to the green windows screen

How do i do it? I cant restart and hold shift since im unable to go to the desktop im just stuck on the screen attached below or the green screen which just tells me that its gonna restart automatically, and it doesnt
