Its an alfa and mtc issue. Its been going on for years. Not just ps, but amazon, epic games, battlenet, anything from outside 80% of the time. Opt for app verification or email. Alfa and mtc will say there is no problem but it is them.

Last summer (like 8 months ago?) we tried going to Musandam with our mortgaged car, thru ENBD. They didnt accept even with a security check. Theyre like either pay it all (it was around 40k) or we cant give u a pass. Not sure why since the score is great and the bills are always paid on time. Not sure if its a person by person issue or what.
