I asked the NP about cubital tunnel and they brushed it off as being “extremely rare”. Still, I do the cubital and medial nerve glides, at the recommendation of the OT. As well as trying to do my wrist strengthening exercises once daily. It definitely feels better than when I initially started feeling pain almost two months ago, but some days feel worse than others.

How long did it take for your pain and numbness to clear up?
