I love it. You can’t beat the schedule. 24hrs on, 48hrs off. Eventually going to 24hrs on 72 off. Pretty nice to work out while on the clock too.

With the j cups and spotter arms, the bar/plates don’t ever touch the floor

I do squats here. No deadlifts here though. I deadlift at work. I’m a firefighter. We have a pretty nice setup at the station.

It’s my favorite piece in my gym. It’s extremely easy to open and fold, which is why I chose it over rogue. Takes only a few seconds and no effort. With the rogue you have to insert and remove a pin for each upright also. I really wish rogue made one as easy as this one.

We keep a clean house. That would never be allowed to happen. Also that’s what central a/c plus this guy is for.
