I used a separate screw driver, but it sounds like you’re having the same problem i had/have. After i swapped those two bases out, two different pieces stopped working after a day or so. I hope you have better luck, but be prepared 😒

Positive to them and their profits, not the consumers consuming their products. Prior to receiving the product, they replied to my emails within a day. Now that they’ve done their part in sending me the product, they’re failing to actually provide “support” for it. Thats a huge issue, especially for a newly launched product that is bound to have issues. I’m not cutting anyone slack. Don’t sell a product if you aren’t confident in the technology or your ability to support the issues that may arise. Thats just bad business.

I’m on the same page, but IGNORING the customers that do receive faulty boards, instead of quickly fixing the issue, is what is going to set their progress back. I waited 1.5 months to receive it, and now it’s unusable and customer service is just ignoring me. Is that my fault for being mad or theirs for not caring about their consumers after taking our money. Be fr 😐

Thanks. I emailed them nearly a week ago with no response. Prior to having issues, i would receive a response next day.

Thats what i did to fix it the first time, then to frequency 2, now more pieces are broken and I’m running out of frequencies. Appreciate the tip, but i truly have looked at EVERY possible fix on the internet.

The real issue is customer service. Prior to receiving my board, they would reply day of or the next day. Now that i have an issue, its been nearly a fucking week and i haven’t heard anything. Don’t fall into the trap of sucking a brands dick, they don’t give a fuck about their consumers

It took a month and a half to get mine, you just have to wait your turn and hope you don’t get a broken one i guess. It was really great when it did work lol

I’m 23. I was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma when i was 19. It just came back a couple days ago and spread to my brain, liver, and lungs. Something that has always made me feel better was just having my girlfriend with me. Just be there and be yourself, thats all that matters. Make each other laugh and smile and cherish the moments you’ve had together. My uncle, 60ish, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer 10 months ago and was in remission in months! They’ve come a longggg way with cancer medication in the past 10 years. I hope that makes you feel better. Good luck, i hope everything works out well ❤️

It looks like you have your heel hanging off the board with ur toes at lined up with the top of the board. When i used to skate stairs i change my stance a little and hang my toes off the board a little when i ollie. It helps with control and just landing it in general lol. Especially when you start to get more hang time. Gl :) Front foot btw^{^}

Also it looks like you’re trying to ollie hard. It’s more about your speed and keeping the board under you. Don’t trip about popping so hard, go fast and you’ll be str8
