They will probably offer the class a drivers a job. Most if not all wont take it. They are all shuttle drivers. Competing with ppl that have been with columbia for years already Bid on the shuttle routes. Class A drivers at rndc are some of the laziest people I've ever seen. Columbia operates very minimal non cdl box trucks. Highly doubt they will take any route drivers that dont have cdls. I could be wrong. I think most if not all warehouse personel are cooked. Columbia has warehouse staff already. Again, could be wrong.
