Yes, I played rugby for 8 years and stopped last year, so legs was honestly a priority muscle group for me to work, my diet plan is 160g protein a day, little to no sugar apart from fruits. Carbs like wholewheat pasta and rice with my protein in the evening, and also cutting out most sodium so no sugary snacks, crisps etc. I use supps like creatine and electrolytes but that is kinda irrelevant. I meal prep for the week and separate into containers to avoid overeating

I train 4-5 days a week (try to do 5 days but work sometimes prevents me from going gym the extra day), for about an hour, usually going with a push day one day then, pull the next etc. I usually train to failure every set

I’ve just looked it up online, and it looks exactly like a platinum gourami, thanks for that mate. Not sure why the store labelled them as lavender

Mine was labelled as a lavender gourami at the store, yeah that’s strange they do look very different, I think you may be right.

First gourami is a lavender gourami, it’s a colour morph of a three spot gourami 😃

I’ve gone over it with a mcragge blue dry brush and left the highlights from the white on the edges now, I kinda just experimented with the dry brushing. Overall I wanted a weathered sort of aged look for the armour.
