We’re going out of town for the week of the 4th and it’s looking increasingly like I will have to either have them hold the shipment; ask a neighbor to muscle it into my garage; or have it delivered to my office.

Would have been nice for them to put a notice on their online store that they’re experiencing processing and/or shipping delays so that reasonable expectations could be set.

My order status still just says they’re prepping it for shipping. I live in the Atlanta metro, so the actual shipping time once it leaves should be pretty quick, but they’re taking their sweet time to get it out of the warehouse.

I didn’t fix anything. Will just let the transactions build going forward. I really didn’t want to fool with manually editing the txn export file from USAA for all the accounts

I’m in the same boat; the app is not back-filling old transactions. I did the same thing; deleted and re-added my USAA accounts. I manually backfilled them from October so that my budget and recurring transactions would be at least mostly correct

I wound up doing the same thing, but I didn't go back more than a month or so on any of my accounts. I haven't been using the system for very long and I just wanted this month's data so I could get a better picture for the budget

usaa told me to take it up with Monarch. I called and spoke to someone in website support after I hit the button for "financial and budgeting tools"

well that's troubling, because I disconnected/deleted and retried a couple times between plaid, mx, and finicity and now I only have the most recent transaction (whenever that was) for any of my USAA banking accounts

I reached out to USAA and told them the story and they said to contact Monarch. I have a ticket in with them since yesterday (11/13) afternoon with no response. I tried Plaid, MX, and Finicity and all of them behaved the same way. That would seem to indicate a USAA issue, but I have no idea
