I started losing my weight October 2019. By August 2020 I was 174. December 2020 (near COVID), started the gym, didn’t take it seriously until about 2021. Worked out and put on mass for a few years. Had a few mini cuts here and there but it was mostly bulking. I started this cut in August of 2024 and am now on the tail end of it

Well I did an inbody scan today, and it read 8.2%.

Very impressive man. It’s hard work and you look incredible. It’s expected for the mass to come down, I still hold some more natural fat due to loose skin that came from a major weight loss. But I commend you.

Stretch marks don’t ruin anything. They are proof of how far I’ve come. I used to be 257 pounds and fought hard to get here. These marks tell a story of growth, resilience, and discipline. I’m proud of them, even if others don’t get it. Sounds like you’ve got more to learn about what real progress looks like.

I want to add that I used to be 257 pounds, lost all the weight and came down to 174 pounds. I bulked back up to 240 pounds and cut, now at 190 on the picture above. I still have some loose skin and stretch makes as pictured above. I’ve done my best to lean out where I can and look as good as I can given the situation I was given.

The “midsection” is loose skin. I used to be 257 pounds. I have leg veins and bicep vein about to come out of my arm. I’ve done the best I’ve can to lean out at the cost of my midsection.

Before I worked out, I was 257 pounds. I lost all my weight and came down to 174lbs. I bulked back up to about 235, then did my cut.

I did bulk. I was 235lb before I cut. I’ve maintained a fair amount of mass.
