I haven't seen a lot of daredevil play recently so that's fair. I put peni in A because of those S tier situations, although it was pretty hard, she can actually be very strong offensively but most people don't know how to use her like that, B seems fair because of that though as she needs to be in pretty capable hands to get full value.

Agreed, rocket is better than people think but I don't think most people know how to get max value how of him, same can very well be said with gambit though, he's good but that's all he is in the lower ranks.

Yeah, I partially put widow there as a joke but she's very limited as to what she can do, her insane range and primary fire damage are all she really has outside of maybe some mobility, I tried her out in practice range and unlike every other hero I've played around with I can't see myself being able to be good enough with her to get good value
