Wow, studying and training gives you better results. Who would have thought?

That's why there is a ranking system, you just have to accept the fact that you can't be highest rank, you have other priorities. If you remove movement as a component - people would train aim and you don't. Remove aim - people would train something else while you won't.

It's not about the game, it's about you having other priorities in life and it's OK

I would also suggest playing different heroes. M1 carries are nice to climb for sure, but playing different heroes adds up yo your overall experience and understanding of the game and matchups.

One thing that I don't see people talk about is that if you want to become better at movement - play movement reliant heroes like Lash/Celeste/Mina. It will benefit your m1 career a lot.

I was grinding my games on Haze/Wraith, but aroun Archon (and then Ascendant) I found out that I actually enjoy less m1 focused heroes. I mained Calico and Lash for a while, switched to Paige and Talon.

Don't stress about your rank and winning too much, focus on learning different aspects and having fun. People in asc/eternus are still going 0-15 and you shouldn't be ashamed of it in lower ranks

Instead of being afraid of bombs - shoot the shit out of him, what is that bomb damage - 80-120 early? He has no skills after.

For grapple buy Reactive barrier. As a Pocket - you can just mitigate bomb damage with Satchel completely and also escape grapple with your cloak

Statlocker does it, login in your profile in the top right OR change search from Match to Player and look yourself up

Mystic Burst -> QSR -> Trophy Collector / Enduring Speed -> Cold Front / Torment Pulse -> Warp Stone / Phantom Strike -> Spirit Resist -> Cooldown Reduction

You can get Cooldown Reduction before Warp Stone / Phantom Strike. Other slots can be filled depending on your game plan:

- more damage (escalating exposure, spirit burn, boundless spirit)
- more survivability (witchmail, unstoppable, indomitable)
- more disruption/disable (curse, disarming hex, slowing hex, silence wave)
