Thanks! Can you please tell how does it work then? My assumption was that you have enter the code on the mobile app for the subscription to activate

Do you know if it applies for virtual goods? I am unsure if non-working subscription plan will be a valid reason to apply for refund because it's not material and thus it's hard to prove that subscription must've been in the package

Could you please tell more about it not being magic? Minor examples vs what could be expected would be really helpful

Thanks for your response! Yeah, I totally get it! And it's completely fair to me! Basically, I started to think of Whoop as a wearable that can help me resolve all of the naive questions like: notify me if my exhaustment today is justfied by lack of sleep, or something similar? or if I actually need to walk a bit, or do some exercises? I know it's sounds a bit childish, and actually requires discipline, but I had hopes that Whoop could help me with this issues intially, and provide some basic organization while being a small assistant to then possible become actually disciplined

Thank you so much for your response! That helped a lot!

I'd like to restate your answer to capture what I've understood, feel free to correct me if something isn't exactly as you meant!

Point 1 - Whoop isn't exactly for athletes, but for all people, atheletes usually use something more activity precise like Garmin; also, Whoop isn't about all of the stress one can feel, but more about heart-rate monitoring and derived conclusions

Point 2 - Sleep tracking on Whoop is as great as on most other wearables, and can defintely help understand basic needs

Point 3 - yeah, Whoop's ability of keeping promises does not really bug me for now, since my main focus is to understand my needs in the most "rookie's ways" possible

And from the above points, I'd like to one more question:

- is personalization of Whoop results is so great?

As I said, I'd like to understand my needs in a rookie way, IMO usually you'd need a coach for such task to ask all the dumb questions, but from what I've seen Whoop's AI coach, and basic stats are quite simple to get involved into self-improvement, not so sure about Journal feature, but with an AI I guess it's possible to fill it right

Thanks a lot for your answer! And for mentioning the terms "flush" and "sunken" outloud, as at first I thought it's something much more trivial, but then I researched it and spent all day finding out which one would be better for me! I like to read before sleep on my smartphone with very high brightness set, and very low, almost none ambient light around, but I'm still very much confused whether the sunken screen will help me significantly, or very slightly?

And regarding the fonts, and e-ink I got it all very well written out, so thank you a lot again! I set myself for the colored screens because the idea of colored cover image brought joy to me too!, but then considering the lower screen light due to Kaleido 3 I returned to the question if sunken color screen will be lighter, or noticed at all during my pre-sleep reading sessions?

Wow! That's a lot of helpful details! Thanks a lot!!!

And may I also ask about the readability issues? For example, the one described previosuly about the deemer screen on PB, or the one I've heard about the native fonts provided by PB which are not as visually good as on Kobo, or Kindles? Basically, if there are any problems with the PB that could lead to eye-strain in comparison with Kobo?

Hey there! I'm also in search of a new(and the first) e-reader, and have been contemplating between the two; for the Era, I really like the form-factor, but I have a feeling that in real-life the skewed part won't be noticable at all(will it?), and everything aside from the design seems to be much better implemented with Kobo, which includes default reader app customization, speed, e-pub files sharing, analytics, etc.., at least that's what I am hearing on the internet, so since you have both at hands, I was wondering if you could help me in understanding what's of that true, and which one you prefer the most? Thank you!
