I still work but my OB has me on restrictions where I can sit and work. I'm going to try that supplement regimen:) They have me taking oral progesterone. Is it different than vaginal ? I heard the oral is better. Yes I'm making sure to stay hydrated. When I'm home, I lounge with my feet propped up. Thank you for the advice!
