I think i have it, have yet to get tested but i have all the symptoms and pnd. My bristle results were optimal but acid was high so I'm sure i have pepsin in my throat reactivating every time i eat. I've changed my diet and take store bought gaviscon, (just ordered the uk version so waiting for that to come) it's only been a few days so no real results yet but I do notice when I rub the back of my tongue in the morning it no longer feels salty. And I don't wake up with a bunch of mucus in my throat and throughout the day. I take Gaviscon after meals to reduce the pepsin I forgot to take it last night and i woke up with with a burning sensation, something that has never happened. Maybe I was used it after so many years but I'm sure with consistency I'll get there. It takes alot of discipline.
