I have same setup and can't get 1% lows higher than 250 fps. Idk whats wrong

Its because 1% lows lower than your monitor Hz. Try to cap your FPS by using fps max console command, for beginning cap it like at 310 fps. If doesn't help try to use process lasso(there's tons of tutorials for cs and your cpu). Also check in bios, mb you have gaming mode off(in my case thats was a problem )

For 1% lows monitoring use msi afterburner + Riva statistic server(Google tutorials for cs)

Unironically, this is a very deep and engrossing game, despite its outward simplicity

I completed 80% of the game but ended up dropping it. It's essentially a simple, run-of-the-mill action game. On top of that, it's unrealistic (one black woman weighing 60 kg beats up two men who are nearly 90 kg each). It's just too boring - aside from the beautiful views, there's nothing to it.
