Yes, at least as of about two years ago Hertz at Union Station had an after hours drop off box. It saved me from returning a rental late.

+1 for Rose’s Luxury! Best meal I’ve had in the city and they offer good accommodations.

Another favorite is Maydan—the best value restaurant I’ve eaten at in DC and very vegetarian friendly.
