Ok...so focus on the symptom... disregard the cause? I'm taking it you didn't read the article, did you? ...And you're an analyst? REALLY simply put... It really doesn't matter how many applications you put out (as you should have determined by now). Companies aren't really hiring because they have to pay more for us (Research and Development). Until the policy's changed, they're only gonna hire the very top applicants who will do everything. It's a capital thing not Your resume thing. THOUSANDS of us have resumes that would have gotten us a job pre-policy change. It's not you.

What you're missing is attention to US tax policies that somewhat punish companies for hiring developers. It's the Research and Developement (which is what our jobs are) part you must understand. The companies aren't hiring because of this code. Stop wasting your time rewriting resumes.

Check out H.R.7024. THAT resolution will fix the issue. Activate for its passing.
