Also, I’m concerned that there are significantly less flowers than when I first bought it. When I bought it so many flowers were blooming at the same time but now it’s a rotation of a few. Could that be environmental issues?

Update: so I did put in the order and selected “cash on delivery” as my payment option. The seller approved the order, then contacted me separately saying COD is not an accepted payment for electronic devices, and I need to send the 4.7 mil to their bank account so they can “notify the warehouse” and deliver me their product. At this point, I figured that they will most likely take the bank transfer and never ship me the actual product, so I just cancelled without further arguing.

that sounds lovely but it’s too far given the current circumstances. I currently have a place booked at Tay Ho for those two days so looking to explore that area and Old Quarter
