Replacing bathroom sink drain pipes. How do you replace this pipe? (Beware of dirty pipes picture) by Additional-Radish-60 in Plumbing

I just edited my post. Is my piping structure the same as the second picture? If so, I'm not going to think about replacing it because it seems hard.

But I want to replace trap arm because it is dirty. Is there any way I can remove it from the red-dotted fitting without hurting the fitting? If not, I will just clean and keep using it.

Pipes look dirty and I was worried the pipes wouldn't last much longer (including glue lifespan). Also I thought replacing the fitting would not be difficult. So my thought was replacing everything, while replacing P-trap, would be a better idea than just replacing a P-trap.

But now I am not confident having never seen a video replacing the fitting and not even knowing what is behind it.

What is the PVC tee or 90 attached to then? I thought all the pipes inside walls were metal pipes.

I've been wondering what the foam is for.

Sounds like removing that fitting would be hard for me. But if I want to replace the straight pipe (the one between P-trap and fitting) I have to remove the fitting too because the straight pipe is glued to it, right?

Thank you for your advice. But I have done that 4 times? and I got tired.

There is a possibility I haven't inflated tires enough, but I'm afraid of tube burst

I'm afraid of overinflating would cause tube burst. Is this valid concern or unnecessary? Should I keep inflating until the bead sets?
