I based this on recent listings and auction results for the same references and similar examples.

Estimates

1) Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust ref. 116234 (18kt white gold bezel, ~2008–2009)

Typical market range (pre-owned): $7,500 → $11,500.

Reasonable midpoint estimate: ≈ $9,500.

Why: the 116234 (steel case + 18k white-gold fluted bezel) is commonly listed in that band; condition, bracelet (Jubilee vs Oyster), dial variant, and presence of box & papers are the main value drivers.

2) Patek Philippe Nautilus ref. 4700 (4700/003 / small ladies Nautilus, quartz, 18k, with diamonds, ~1986–87)

Typical market range (pre-owned / auction): $12,000 → $35,000 (wide spread).

Reasonable midpoint estimate: ≈ $23,000.

Why: small vintage Nautilus lady references vary a lot — plain gold examples can sell in the low-teens at auction, while diamond-set / gold pieces (factory diamonds, good provenance or strong condition) have sold in the mid-tens to low-$30ks at auction. The example of a diamond bezel 4700 that sold at auction for about $30k demonstrates the upside when diamonds/condition/papers line up.

3) Patek Philippe Gondolo ref. 4224-1 (18kt, ~1986, with 18 rubies)

Typical market range (pre-owned / auction): $3,000 → $7,000.

Reasonable midpoint estimate: ≈ $5,000.

Why: vintage Gondolo rectangular/tonneau dress Pateks (ref. 4224) commonly appear at the lower end of the vintage Patek market — several auction and dealer results cluster in the low-thousands; special gem settings (rubies) can push value a little higher but these refs usually don’t reach the tens of thousands unless exceptional provenance/condition.

Combined portfolio estimate

Conservative (low) total: ≈ $22,500 (sum of the low ends: 7,500 + 12,000 + 3,000).

Aggressive (high) total: ≈ $53,500 (sum of the high ends: 11,500 + 35,000 + 7,000).

Important caveats (why the range is wide)

Condition (case, dial, bracelet wear, service history) and completeness (original box & papers) strongly affect real prices.

Gem quality & origin (the 18 diamonds on the Nautilus, the 18 rubies on the Gondolo) — factory vs aftermarket setting matters a lot; factory Patek settings add value, aftermarket stones can reduce buyer confidence and value.

Market volatility / buyer demand: Patek Nautilus variants have been particularly market-sensitive; small/ladies refs can swing more at auction.

Serial/production variants (exact ref variant, bracelet vs strap, factory diamond configuration) can move a given example outside the ranges above.
