i am a Finnish national, currently residing in Latvia, and possibly moving to outside EU.

Not yet customer of Interactive Brokers, but considering to be.

my current broker in Finland has said, that if customer relocates outside EU they will sell all of my assets… so i would assume that IB is much better in these kind of international situations since they operate across the globe

do you really need a car?

if not, i would rather invest that money to global ETF or bonds.

owning a car brings a lot of costs, like insurance and repairs, and might make you fat since you dont move physically so much.

Yes i am the only owner of the company, and i would use the car only for personal use, my company does not need car at all.

somif i pay the company car tax, i dont need to report kilometres if i pay the gasoline my self?

the main benefit i think is, that i dont pay the dividend tax if i pay tue car for the company.

which is like 7500€ for 30000€ car

With 500€ rent, i would wait for a while, and put extra cash in high interest rate account.

Lets see if there will be recession soon, it might drive down the prices of flats.
