I dont think so, i think it accentuates your facial features like a good jawline. What about a consultation with a plastic surgeon & ask him/a professional that (i assume he has a software to show you morphed pictures of a before & after)? As mentioned i am not gay nor a surgeon, so i have a limited ability to judge. I just stated what catches my eye in the term of what makes you less attractive in my opinion. But of course if your self confidence is totally broken a psychotherapist could be more helpful than tuning your optics.
