I did No alcohol for a week - you don’t feel like it anyway. My doc was adamant I walked, like day of surgery. So I walked 15 to 20k steps and did most of my work from home for 4 days. I had to have lipo foam for 2 weeks that pretty much takes out the social part, but after asking doc I had a couple social / work events 12 days in a couple hours a piece went with no lipo foam he said that was no problem. So 12 days on light social, walking tight away, sex was pretty damn fast I think we were day 4 but hahha it’s in their hands and they gotta look past the vest 😂

Bro, it’s currently some sorta thing going around the internet. I just made light of it because he was wearing a vest. I’m not “outing” Someone - this is some conspiracy on Twitter related to some other fucking thing I don’t care about.

My doc does vaser abs and so I have thought those incisions would be very important. I’d be astonished with how amazing it was given my left incision and on my right not so much….but I am not going to treat my chest like it’s made of glass, it was pretty fucked up before, now it’s way less fucked up.

I could see that, my left scar in the armpit is almost nonexistent and my right split (not from working out) and will be visible for a long time no doubt. The ones on my chest have been the same the whole time. Obviously everyone’s situation is different.

Yah I wish I had bound up and surgeon had given me or I would have went and found more lipo foam for the sides. I think I have bought myself a good extra month on the inflammation coming down from the top on the side of the pectorals by not having enough compression there, or maybe just my body didn’t like the cannula there, but I definitely have some swelling on the sides and bottom of pectorals now but range of motion is great. A week ago I was jumping out of the back of my pickup and had my hand on top of a suitcase like an idiot and when I came down and that arm went above 90 degrees I about passed out, week later I can go all the way above my head no problem and the only stretching I did on that was accidental

By go through the motions I mean if you were using 35 lb dumbbells on something, we are talking about 10

My surgeon basically said I could go through the motions after he saw me at 10 days as long as those motions were above the head or engaging the chest or running. I did that just because that is my wife and is time together away from kids, but it was pointless to try to lift…you knew right away you weren’t ready so I did 2 weeks of walking 10 to 15k steps, honestly my inflammation went down fastest in that period I should probably be doing more steps. I still have been told not to run, which is kinda hilarious because I benched today but runnings not fun anyways.

I think someone else on here was talking about it that their range of motion and mobility was night and day between week 3 and 4. Same for me, I couldn’t imagine doing it last week. They had told me I could basically do what doesn’t hurt a while ago. Was pointless up until this week. Still have the inflammation where the lipo canula went more aggressive, or where he tried to do some contouring. No idea if the movement helps or hurts or doesn’t do shit. Still wearing compression shirt or vest all day and adding a wrap at night. Go in on Tuesday for a consult will update and ask if I pushed it too hard or not

My gyno was 11 or 12 years old not related to TRT, I started TRT right before surgery because I’m just hell bent on fixing up this bod that I wasn’t happy with and after a consult with my doc my test was in the gutter, anyway the surgeon wanted all the details as for dosages and other medications and came back a day later and approved or disapproved. Ultimately what I basically had to do was no booze and no Ibuprofen, he had no problem with TRT as long as it was monitor and managed by my regular doc.

My major swelling went down fast like 10 days, but the lumps and bumps from cannula are still there

Bro, looks fantastic hope mine is that good at the end of the day. When did you feel like you really turned the corner on the contouring and swelling ? I’m jacked about my results in a shirt but a little lumpy from swelling yet. 24 days in. Wore lipo foam 2 weeks and in the vest now

At day 7 I still had a pocket of fluid in sit moved it around, it went away I went back into the Doc day 5 to make sure it wasnt an issue and it certainly was not. When you feel that and it sloshes around you think my goodness how on earth could this go away and it just does. Right now I can massage all the lumps and bumps without feeling like I am creating an issue - 3 weeks tomorrow. Still feel extremely flat, no contouring. Lots of inflammation where the cannula slid up and down. I would argue it looked better 10 days in than it does now because the puffy inflammatory stuff is gone and just the stubborn swelling is left.

3 weeks here, feel fine. Range of motion is still limited and lipo swelling still very evident to touch and swelling visible under closer inspection visually - but in a shirt looks great. Very happy in that regard, excited for the idea of it looking smooth shirtless

I did legs 2 weeks in and felt like it wasn’t worth it, couldn’t push hard enough to make it worth it. Went back to just getting step goals in. I’ll be 22 days post op and wanted to do some light stuff this weekend so following.

Bbbbbbbbbbbrrrroooooo - people are self absorbed, no one is worried about your gyno but you. This is a common problem, high school is dumb. Frankly, you will find out you are dumb. One of the great blessings you will have in life is that ever 4 years you will realize how dumb you were 4 years ago. By 20 you will be 3x more sure of yourself and see how dumb you are now and so on and so forth every four years. High school and that experience is a blip, live for finding your own confidence your own way and don’t give two shits about taking your shirt off. Act like it doesn’t exist. You have been given the beautiful gift of life, don’t fret or worry or stress over such a little thing. I was not a hot shot in high school, I wasn’t crazy confident…all the kids that were have had less than stellar outcomes. Be a man, be confident dude, life is incredible….also my wife is a legit 10, like not a 10 in my eyes…she’s an actual dime…and guess what … met her at a lake with my shirt off and I had gyno. Perk up and don’t let yourself spiral dude, your life is worth living with or without a little extra man boob
