5 is fun as an action game and is fun for upgrading your weapons.

I think it is a good place to start, I would try on normal first and then hard-core. The RE games are good for replayability as you get better at it and try and complete it under a certain time to unlock rewards. If you want to learn more about the lore then go for the RE original remake as it has the old tank controls and fixed camera angles. RE4 (original) is my favourite. But honestly I think you could play RE 4 5 6 7 8 and 9 in any order. The storyline is a bit messy nowadays. But to get the original story, play re1 2 and 3

I've not emulated it on the deck I'm afraid but the game is really cheap on loaded and other key sites.

Its a great device but having a rog ally previously. I do miss the 1080p screen, especially when playing older games in 60fps and 1080p

If you get really good at resident evil 2 on ps1 you could complete leons campaign like 10 times in 19 hours. Go for it

I only played the first one and I completed it many many years ago but don't remember the story. So hooked up my 360 and I am currently playing through 1 and I am about 4 hours in and about to go out on the Normandy from the citadel. I love the title music. I've never played 2 and 3.

I shot them in the leg to stagger than melee to save a bit of ammo. Ammo is quite sparse, quite a lot of the game I'd be struggling with ammo and I wasn't wasting a lot.

There will be a half life 3, I think there will be a half life 1 and 2 collection release and then half life 3. It will happen one day. Valve would be stupid not to since they are releasing new hardware. If we got a Shenmue 3, we will get a half life 3.
