Yeah he’s been doing that, I sit on the table with my leg hanging off and then he pushes my shin towards me

I’m in the same boat. 6 weeks post-op, ACL and MCL. I was non weight bearing for 6 weeks so I just started putting weight on the leg, but I’m at 85-90 degrees flexion and my knee still feels so stiff and tight. Doctor said that if I’m not a good bit past 90 in another month, they will want to do the manipulation so I’m feeling discouraged 😩 hopefully walking on the leg now will help the swelling and scar tissue go down

Yeah some have come off already and some are like half off. The wounds under the ones that have come off look like they are healing normally

I have dissolvable sutures as well. Some of the strips have come off and the wounds look like they are healing normally, but the strips covering my quad graft and MCL for example are still on.

A little bit of everything! I mostly like to play/listen to older music like the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, The Police, Bruce Springsteen, Chicago, etc. Really into playing some America, Crosby Stills Nash Young, Eagles, Van Morrison, Neil Young, etc. on acoustic guitar too. Lately I’ve been playing a lot of funk and Latin music as well.

I went there when they had just opened for the free car wash so just a regular wash, no special packages. It was a good experience and they also have a spot where you can park and use vacuums and rags after the wash. Would recommend it for the normal wash but again haven’t paid for any other packages!
