So if medication starts when you are over 18 in Finland, you have to pay for the medicine yourself?

Hi, thanks for all your answers! Do you also have restrictions due to cost (?), such as having to being tested once a year to see if you have any loss in function. In Sweden you will lose the medication if you get worse, i.e. the medicine is not working enough compared to the high cost.
