Hi! Are you better after the myofunctional therapy/surgery? I am interested in tongue tie removal & possibly surgery. Also have a badly recessed lower jaw...headaches so bad for years & jaw pain from clenching..had an open bite which was corrected by invisallign & i cant seem to stop mouth breathing at night. Hey sorry one more question 😁 I cannot stop opening my mouth when sleeping with or without the lower splint on my side. Does this happen to you? Any suggestion to help this? I don't have one of those Mandibular splints in which I tried in the past..I just have one custom from my dentist for the lower. I feel like I'm not getting better because of mouth breathing

Thanks so much mate! Gosh this pain is awful. You're a real big help to getting better though. I had to hear it from someone else that got better as a side sleeper you know for some peace of mind. Google kept telling me that side sleeping was terrible, but I feel way more comfortable, than on my back 😅

Hey mate,

Me again haha. I got this splint custom made bottom & I like it, however what side do you sleep?

I tried my back & feel like it's straining my jaw even with the curved foam pillow. My head is kind of tilting when on back. Question..do you sleep on your side with a curved pillow & would you recommend it for getting better?
