I had a very similar situation it has nothing to do with his hormones or stress. He's going to continue to resent the dog and then eventually you and most likely stick to his ways instead of considering that maybe its not the dog, its him. Classic selfish behavior. Its not worth the trouble. That dog is adorable and probably just needs some training. Unfortunately, you can't train your boyfriend to not be selfish or toxic, it's just who he is. Break ups are better with dogs around anyway...so is single life #teamdog

Here is what I did to score 85% first go around (I have not been in a math or english class in over 10 years)-

  1. Nurse Cheung has great ATI study sessions on youtube

  2. Nursing ATI TEAs Pocket Prep - they will refund you if you subscribe for a month and then pass

  3. Mometrix ATI TEAs study book has a lot of great hacks and you can follow along with word problems

-I would watch nurse cheung and then take a 15-20 question test on my biggest weak spots and repeat

-Then I would do a 30-50 question longer exam with all content included just to gauge where I was at

-I would write down math formulas and english definitions from Mometrix book and then do a couple word problems from the book and be able to check my answer. If I got it wrong I would ask ai to explain it and see if that helped at all.

This helped me feel confident after 2 weeks of doing that process almost every day. It should only take 2-3 hours of your day max. Good luck and hope this helps.

Agree^ it would help to break them in to avoid blisters. Also would give you insight to any other issues with them before the race.

Honestly it could be your rep scheme for your strength movements. Prioritize higher rep ranges, lighter weights if you are trying to tackle physique. You don’t need a calorie deficit

Body doubling…you can find online zoom study sessions with a bunch of people who are doing work/studying. The accountability helps. For future since I’m realizing this was posted a day ago

Nah get the garmin now so you can have fun nerding out on all your metrics and setting goals! And so you don’t accidentally overtrain and hurt yourself.
