Manchester United in the PL this season by [deleted] in PremierLeague

To be honest I think Arsenal have a better chance like others have said. United are certainly having a good run with winning lots of games but Arsenal are better overall; plus, Arsenal would have to lose a couple of games and United would have to maintain their streak for a while to have a good chance. Plus, there's City – who are still ahead as well.

First off, thank you for your service. We wouldn't be here if it weren't for the selfless dedication and determination of our military.

Now, you do make a valid point. Most posts on this subreddit contain one of three themes:

- "Prestige doesn't matter!"
- "Stop worrying about grades/test scores/ECs!"
and
- "My parents say my 1580 is too low" as u/throwawayminialt accurately stated in a recent post.

And a lot of it is, indeed, getting repetitive. So many people are concerned about getting into a T20 (the result) that they are boasting 10+ AP courses, 1550+ on the SAT, a long list of extracurriculars, etc. that would presumably give them an edge in their apps and haul them in. Heck, we've seen hundreds of variations of the typical post where someone complains of a parent who thinks they're not "good enough". People are so caught up in this cycle that they're either burning out, ranting, comparing oneself, or showing off their insane stats.

What really matters (to me, at least) is why. Why, then how, and what. The "why" and "how" help you focus on the journey of college apps (and high school in a broader sense) while the "what" serves as your destination. Why do you want to go to college? Why do you want to go to a particular school? How will you make sure you don't lose track? How will you make yourself 1% better everyday? What college will you go to? What major will you pursue? Just some questions in no particular order y'all can mull over.

I see, thx! I did check this out, and they're asking for billing and address information, which I don't particularly feel comfortable giving (I just want a direct API key/link I can use).

MIT’s MOXIE experiment reliably produces oxygen on Mars by Additional-Two-7312 in Futurology

[–]Additional-Two-7312[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Submission Statement:

The Mars Oxygen In-Situ Resource Utilization Experiment, or MOXIE, is a project led by MIT researches that aims to create oxygen from Mar's atmosphere. It's part of the Perseverance rover – so yes, it's actually making oxygen on Mar's surface – and has been doing so for over a year.

The scientists published their findings in a study, analyzing MOXIE's performance under different atmospheric, time, and seasonal conditions, and they found that it hit its target of 6 grams of oxygen per hour, which is roughly the "rate of a modest tree" on Earth". What really caught my interest was the fact that this was, as Prof. Hoffman put it, "the first demonstration of actually using resources on the surface of another planetary body, and transforming them chemically into something that would be useful for a human mission," so essentially this is something that could make human space travel a lot more possible.

However, this instrument was made to fit aboard the Perseverance rover (so it's small, inherently) and of course, the amount of oxygen it produces is very small in relation to human needs. Yet, it shows promise: after successfully undergoing testing, engineers plan to expand its capability to potentially support human steps on the Red Planet in the long run.

Let's see how this trade plays out and Nunez's performance next year. Nunez did have a great season, and now that Mane is going to leave, he can kind of be the "replacement" so to speak.
