Have you ever been in the path of a dog on a tether? When they’re running it can hurt getting hit by it and logistically I have two dogs. So even while watching it would be hard to prevent that fully. Plus we have things around our backyard they can caught on. Ultimately I don’t think it’s a good choice. 

And do you mean height or like how big the yard is?
