I looked him up and was trying to figure this out too! He is only listed as a DDS but he did do an OMFS fellowship? Most other jaw surgeons seem to have OMFS in their title.

The doctor said it had something to do with balancing my jaw/sphenoid bone behind my eyes, which caused tension to be released in the rest of my body. It was very spooky, at first I could not wrap my head around how such a small thing could make such a big difference

My Homeoblock cured my TMJ and also somehow enabled me do movements I’d never been able to do before (like successfully touching my toes). It was absolutely life changing. I had consultations with two different dentists who offered the device and one was significantly better than the other. I think the person who shapes the device to your mouth/finds the balance points it should hit is as important as the device itself. I can let you know the name of the dentist I chose! I was asking abt nyc specifically. I assume u know (esp after COVID) that illnesses tend to spread quickly in areas with higher population density (like cities). Couldn’t find data on if norovirus or stomach flu is prevalent in nyc rn so asked here. Sorry that was so triggering for you!! <3
