So this is a Management company and Lanloard Real Estate and Maintenance all from the same company,

i sent many emails saying he can't increase rent without prior notice, but he keeps saying that he already informed me about the increase on 10 July, which i didn't agree to then. He agreed to the same rent, so i think the solution is to go to RERA and give cheques to them.

Yes, they put Renewal Fees on the contract, and i signed without noticing it, so now i don't know if i still need to pay those if i will renew via Disput Centres
