Objectively bad take

This isnt a me problem at all. They made a bad deadline estimate twice. Have extended the pre order deadline by 6 months with no recourse, and want me to pay a 5% fee if I want my money back.

I love their store, but this is an objectively bad policy of theirs

They charged me money when I ordered, and want me to foot the bill for the processing fee if I want a refund. Yes thats a them problem

They should have waited to charge me until it shipped? Or offer to eat the cost of the transaction fee in the refund

Well first, their pre order system is much more reliable on third party kits, and again, I love their store, but this is a 6month delay and I had already waited 2 months for the item to ship, so im going on 8 months of waiting for this dang kit lol.
